"Se si potessero dare 10 stelle, ne darei 20 !! Location tranquillissima, cena aziendale con due antipasti, due primi ed un secondo, tutto all’altezza di grandi nomi, eppure è semplicemente Alessio Scotti che ti allieta la serata con piatti dal gusto sublime, una realtà in Brianza. Risotto alle castagne a dir poco libidinoso, tentacolo di polpo soffice e croccante allo stesso tempo in un letto di lenticchie e patate. Cappone ripieno e sfoglia di zucchine squisiti e leggeri digeribilissimi. Un’esperienza di gusto che consiglio assolutamente. Per nn parlare del pandoro con la crema di pistacchio una poesia per il palato. Provatelo e poi … complimenti!!"
